I use a holistic approach that considers all aspects of your life, and make evidence-based nutrition recommendations to build you a nutrition and lifestyle plan that works around your day-to-day routine.
I work with clients in-person in the Bristol area, and online, so that you can get personalised nutrition advice wherever you are.
